PERSONAL INJURY PAL
Questions before you start?
Answers about intake, independent lawyers, privacy and next steps.
Let’s hear your story.
A few details are enough to start.
Will I be speaking with a lawyer?
Your first contact is with our intake team. Legal advice and representation are provided only by an independent lawyer who agrees to assist you.
Does submitting an inquiry hire a lawyer?
No. An inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship or require a lawyer to accept a case.
Can you tell me what my claim is worth?
No online estimate can establish the value of your individual claim. A lawyer needs to review the facts, evidence and applicable law.
What if I do not have every document?
Start with the basic incident details. Do not delay seeking legal advice while trying to collect a perfect file.
Can I inquire from any US state?
Availability depends on location, case type and participating lawyers. We accept inquiries from all 50 states and Washington, DC. Connection with a lawyer depends on availability and the matter involved.
Do you offer legal representation?
Personal Injury Pal handles initial inquiries. Representation is provided only by an independent lawyer under a separate agreement.
Will my information be sent to multiple firms?
This preview does not send information to any firms. The intended process is intake first, with recipients and any sharing explained before a handoff.
Should I include medical records?
No. Do not include detailed medical records, Social Security numbers, account numbers or confidential documents in the initial inquiry.
Start with what happened.
You do not need to know the legal name for your injury.
